stopped functioning several years ago, and which has been almost completely
abandoned. ( 5 marks)

quarter page describing the risks, and your strategy of intervention as the
WASH/Shelter Coordinator? What steps would you take with your team on site in

In your role as the WASH/Shelter Coordinator
you are expected to coordinate and organize the WASH and Shelter staff to
achieve project outputs and outcomes. You are in the middle of implementing
Water System construction activities and the project duration is running out.
Some sites that are at critical stages of construction have become insecure and
are therefore restricted from staff travel. Briefly describe practical actions
you would take to ensure that the project still gets delivered. List some assumptions
you have taken in prescribing these actions. (10 Marks)
5. Suppose you are delegated
by the AM to represent NGO in an Inter-Agency Cluster meeting. In this meeting
you are required:
Update the meeting about 3 priority activities
in 2 Areas( Hodeida and Hajjah) which are currently conflict frontline zones-
Mention specifically how you would prepare for this meeting, how you will get
the information for this meeting, state challenges likely to encounter and how
you will deal with them and state any assumptions you make? (10
Marks)
6.
The
WASH Specialist informs you that a Concept note has been submitted for a WASH
grant with SDC to be implemented in Hajjah. She then asks you to prepare two
documents for her to submit. The budget with the list of key activities you
would implement- costs can be based on your experience (limit the activities
to 6 {2 for water, 2 sanitation, 2 for hygiene promotion}) and the
implementation plan.
